What is a flattened Chicken?

Spatchcocking – also referred to as butterflying – is a chef's technique where you remove the backbone from a whole chicken and break the breastbone so that the chicken lies completely flat.

What is piri piri seasoning made of?

Garlic, Paprika, Red Bell Pepper (13%), Sugar, Chilli Flakes (12%), Onion, Oregano, Birdseye Chilli Powder (3%), Lemon Peel, Black Pepper. Gluten Free

Oven Bake at 375 to 400 F for an hour

Orders can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. You will receive an email to confirm the date and approximate time of delivery when your order has been shipped. Online orders may also be picked up on Saturdays from 10-5pm at the Farm Shop 1630 Heritage Line, Keene. Please email regarding the date of pick-up.

We offer free delivery all across Ontario with a minimum order based on area:

GTA, Peterborough, Kawartha lakes, Belleville: $200.
For orders under $200, add a $25 delivery fee.

Hamilton, Kitchener, Guelph, Ottawa, Kingston, Brockville, Barrie, Muskoka: $250.
For orders under $250, add a $40 delivery free.

Special orders or delivery outside the specified delivery areas can be requested by emailing us at harleyfarms.orders@gmail.com.
